C/Pax LLC is not liable for any consequences, including physical or economic injury, resulting from a failure to follow the specifications, instructions, warnings and/or recommendations provided by C/Pax LLC.

We accept product returns within 30 days of shipment to customer. Customer agrees to pay for all actual outbound and return shipping costs plus $40 for medical device restocking.
